Childress Decides Not To Restrict Purple Jesus

Of course, we all know that Brad Childress will find every possible way to make the wrong decision. In fact, he even seems to go out of his way to find new decisions to make incorrectly. And now he's messing with the future of the team, Adrian Peterson, who has returned to practice. When asked if that means Purple Jesus is likely to play, Childress said:

"I don't put any restrictions on him. Nothing surprises me with what
that kid does," Childress said, adding: "I am always on the pessimistic
side, but I acquiesce to the medical side -- and that is the next step."
Good. It's not like there should be any restrictions on Peterson's return, such as "be absolutely, positively 100%, for Christ's sake don't you realize how awesome this guy is?!" No, Childress has Decided to remove any restrictions.

Of course, this doesn't mean Peterson will actually play. It just further demonstrates that Childress doesn't know what he's doing. At least we'll have another chance at a good draft pick next year.
